We aim to deliver your skincare products safely, quickly, and affordably anywhere in Pakistan. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your tracking number and courier details.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Available on all orders allover Pakistan.

Any applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.

For COD orders above [insert limit e.g., PKR 10,000], we may request advance confirmation or partial payment before dispatch.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A tracking number via SMS or email

The courier company’s name
You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to check your delivery status.

6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address,

Unreachable contact number, or

Refusal to accept delivery,
the package will be returned to us. In such cases, customers may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Olga.pk ships only within Pakistan.
We plan to introduce international delivery soon — stay tuned by following our social media pages and newsletters for updates.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the packaging and product condition.
We’ll investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement (depending on the situation).
9. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address:

Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.

Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the address.
